    Withdrawals

Can I withdraw if I have open trades?

You may be able to withdraw while you have open trades, provided your account will retain enough free margin after the withdrawal is processed. If a withdrawal would affect margin requirements or increase the risk of stop-out, the request may be rejected or limited.

Before requesting a withdrawal, check your open positions, free margin and account balance.

Can I withdraw using a different payment method from the one I used to deposit?

Our policy is to process withdrawals via the same method you used to deposit. For example, if you deposited with a credit card, the card will be credited with the amount equal to your deposit. Upon request, we can send any profits via other payment methods registered in your name.

Can Tickmill ask for additional documents after I have already deposited or traded?

Yes. In some cases, Tickmill may ask for additional documents after you make a deposit, trade or request a withdrawal.

This may be due to regulatory requirements, payment provider checks, account security reviews, changes to your account information, unusual payment activity or expired documents.

How do I withdraw funds from my account?

To make a withdrawal, log in to your Client Area and complete the withdrawal form in the Wallets section. We don’t charge any fees on withdrawals.

How fast do you process withdrawals?

We process all withdrawal requests within one working day.

How long does it take for funds to reach my bank account?

Withdrawal requests are processed by our Client Accounting Department within one working day. However, the time it takes for the funds to reach you depends on the payment method you choose:

    • International bank wire: 2–7 working days

    • Card withdrawals: Up to 8 working days

    • All other payment methods: Usually within 1 working day

What are the most common reasons for withdrawal problems?

Common reasons include incorrect payment details, payment provider delays, same-method withdrawal requirements, unsupported payment routes, insufficient free margin, recent deposit checks, source-of-funds reviews, internal reviews, or account security checks.

What does “Awaiting Approval” mean for my withdrawal?

“Awaiting Approval” means your withdrawal request is being reviewed before it is processed. This may involve checking your payment method details, KYC or compliance requirements, source of funds, or security controls.

This status does not necessarily mean there is a problem, but additional time or documents may be required.

    What is the minimum withdrawal?

The minimum withdrawal is 25 USD , EUR , GBP, PLN, CHF.

What should I do if I see a withdrawal or balance adjustment I do not recognise?

Where can I find the latest withdrawal methods and fees?

You can find the latest available withdrawal methods, processing information, fees and any other applicable payment conditions in your Client Area or on the Deposits and Withdrawals page.

Available methods may vary depending on your country, entity, account type, currency and payment provider.

Why can’t Tickmill discuss my withdrawal publicly on review websites or social media?

Withdrawal and account matters involve personal data, payment details, account security and regulatory obligations. For confidentiality and security reasons, Tickmill can only discuss account-specific details through secure private communication channels after verifying the identity of the registered account holder.

Why do I need to verify my account before withdrawing?

Tickmill may ask you to provide  proof of identity or address, or documents relating to your payment method, source of funds or other verification documents to meet regulatory, anti-money laundering, fraud prevention and payment security requirements.

Verification helps protect your funds and ensures withdrawals are sent to the correct account holder.

Why is my available withdrawal balance lower than my account balance?

Your available withdrawal balance may be lower than your total account balance for several reasons. Some funds may be supporting open positions, some may still be under review, or you may need to make an internal transfer before withdrawing.

Why is my Tickmill withdrawal delayed

A withdrawal may be delayed if additional verification is required, the payment provider is still processing or reviewing the transaction, or the selected payment method requires manual checks. Delays may also occur if the request was submitted outside business hours or your account is undergoing a compliance, KYC, payment or security review.

If your withdrawal is delayed, contact our Support team from your registered email address. Please include your withdrawal ID, account number, payment method, withdrawal amount and submission date so we can assist you.

Why was my Tickmill withdrawal rejected?

Your withdrawal may be rejected if your payment details are incorrect, your withdrawal method does not match your deposit method (meeting return-to-source requirements), or the selected method is not available for your account or country.

Other reasons may include additional verification, the requested amount exceeding your available balance, a declined transaction by the payment provider, or payment and security requirements.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our Support team for more information.
