Withdrawals
Can bonus or promotion terms affect my withdrawal?
Yes. If you participated in a bonus, welcome account, deposit reward, or other promotion, its terms may affect the amount available for withdrawal or what happens to promotional funds when a withdrawal is made. Before submitting a withdrawal request, review the applicable promotion terms and check whether your balance includes promotional funds, eligible profits, or restricted amounts.
